New Product Development

We are experts when it comes to getting creative with our ingredients to make better tasting food.

We have qualified food technologists in our team, with 35 years combined experience in formulating food products in various sectors of the food industry. We are also able to tap into the technical expertise within our principal supplier network to further enhance development of products.

We work with most sectors of the food industry, including bakery, beverage, confectionery, dairy, meat, agricultural, frozen-meals, fresh ready-meals and food service.

There is an on site product development lab.

We encourage our clients to visit us to work on the concepts together.

The Product Development process

Our client focused product development process starts off with an in-depth discussion regarding the expectations of the product, resulting in a project brief. The food technologist will then work on the initial concept sample and present to the client. The food technologist and the account manager will work closely with the client to re-iterate until the product meets the client expectations.

Once approved, it is scaled up to manufacturing quantities and commercialised in-line with discussed timelines.
