History

Established in 1999, Nolan Penning was the heart of the business.

Started as a manufacturer of brewed soft drink kits, based in Osborne Park in Western Australia.

Evolved in to distributing flavours in Western Australia, representing Essential Flavours. This started the specialty food ingredient distribution aspects of the business.

Over time IMCD and Hawkins Watts, who are technical experts and distributors of global food ingredient brands, became part of the trusted partner network.

In 2014, the operations moved to a purpose built site based in Malaga, WA. Site has two powder ribbon blenders and a liquid paddle mixer.

Success over the decades culminated in Nolan selling the business to Kieran Ford in 2018. Kieran, as it was with Nolan has maintained the family feel to Magnum.

Now the team moves forward with great enthusiasm to create exciting products and to provide exceptional customer service.
